Refund Policy

We value our users and aim to ensure fair policies regarding refunds:

• Network problem while singing after paying money and not singing for long time no matter what the problem is, money will not be refunded
• Registration fees are non-refundable once a user successfully registers.
• In case of event cancellation by SHREE KRISHNA ENTERPRISES, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• For refund requests, contact support@krishmusic.com with your transaction ID.
